Ensure the stability, functionality, and effectiveness of Pinnacles overall Core IT Support, Infrastructure, & Internal Applications

Job Duties

• Serve as the technical escalation for all Pinnacle IT team members
• Infrastructure
• Manage and maintains Pinnacle's Servers, Storage, Switching, Routing, Firewalls, Security and Cloud Technology
• Lead projects associated to the enhancement, upgrade/patching, or implementation of new or existing technology solutions.
• Define Pinnacle's backup and recovery strategy
• Service Desk
• Ensure team provides constant support to customers with the appropriate level of urgency when resolving issues to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
• Applications
• Ensure team provides constant support to customers with the appropriate level of urgency when resolving issues to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
• Provide app specialist guidance on projects

Accountabilities

Required Qualifications

• Lead a team Know when the team is going off the rails and course-correct the team.
• Familiar with Industry technology best practices (with a focus on reliability and technology).
• Proven ability to partner with and coach others, manage projects and change management activities, and support the implementation and evaluation of improvements resulting in real, positive, quantified impacts
• Proven ability to work as part of a high-functioning team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining focus on priority activities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to drive cross-functional alignment and buy-in
• Understanding and experience with:
• Windows Server
• LAN/WAN(Meraki/Fortinet)
• Backup/Recovery
• PowerShell
• Azure
• Storage 3Par/Nimble
• VMWare
